Of course on one of our coldest days my furnace went out. Thank you Stephane in the office who was very helpful & professional.Bart who serviced our furnace had excellent customer service. On time.Answering all questions. Took his time to find parts. Saved us from going to a hotel.
I waited a few months after installation of a new fireplace before I reviewed. It has been 5 months and it is PERFECT. The installation was completed on schedule and on budget, and looks incredible in our living room. This is the second fireplace in our home from Economy and it works and looks perfectly. I would (and have) recommended them for many years.
Very professional, explain all aspects of the job, timing for start and completion of the project is accurate and strictly adhered to. The personnel are neat and clean up the work areas to or better than the original condition(s). a pleasure to work with the brothers.
We purchased two gas fireplace inserts from Economy Hearth and Home and are pleased with both units. Jeff, the owner, goes out of his way to ensure that you are satisfied with the units and installations.
