Dear valued customers, friends and neighbors:
During this unprecedented time, I wanted to personally reach out to you and let you know that the well-being of our customers and employees is of the utmost importance to me and my family. Since our profession is considered an essential service, our doors remain open. We will continue to provide our services at our normal business hours.
I’d like to share with you the steps we’ve taken to protect everyone as the situation around COVID-19 evolves over the weeks ahead.
We are monitoring the current situation on an ongoing basis and staying up to date with the guidelines from government agencies including the CDC and WHO.
We have instructed our employees to follow best practices such as frequently washing their hands, wearing gloves, and sanitizing the equipment and surfaces they touch to minimize the possibility of transmitting germs.
Our employees are observing social distancing practices which means they will stay as far away from you as possible – please don’t be offended!
We have requested that our employees stay home and seek medical attention if they become ill or come in contact with someone who is ill.
If you need assistance, please call us and or e-mail us at Economyheating@comcast.net and we’ll do our very best to assist you over the phone or email.
If, at some point, we are required to temporarily suspend services, we will update our website and Facebook page with this information.
Our employees are the backbone of our company and mean the world to us. If you have scheduled an appointment and you or someone in your home does fall ill with COVID-19, kindly postpone your appointment so that there is no risk of spreading the infection.
We know that with everyone’s cooperation, we will get through this difficult time together. We wish our customers, employees, friends, and neighbors all the best — we hope that conditions normalize very soon.
